Hoshek tallis katan
Hoshek: darkness.
A starlit night in the woods of Milwaukee.
Drops of rain quietly trailing down the veins of maple and oak leaves.
Calm pooling water.
This tallis katan is a meditation on the holiness of darkness, drawing from quiet scenes of nighttime at a lake tucked into the forest. This tallis has peek-a-boo elements- the lazily circling water transforms to crashing waves on the back, and bright orange suns peek out from the corner squares.
